Meridian Brick has a current vacancy to join our diverse and dynamic company as **Customer Service Rep**.
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Provide customer support to all existing and new customers
Pulling orders out of Builder Portals
Ordering material as needed
Help with Stucco entry
Assist Salesmen with quantity
Order receipt and entry into Oracle system.
Helping customers in showroom
General office work
**EDUCATION:**
High school diploma or equivalent
Undergraduate degree preferred
**WORK EXPERIENCE:**
Minimum of 1 year customer service experience.
Inside sales
Knowledge of Brick Sales or building materials preferred
Oracle experience is a plus
**SKILLS REQUIRED:**
Excellent communication skills both internally and externally (customers)
Excellent computer Skills/ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Committed to working in a zero harm workplace
Able to work flexible hours as required
