    Overview:
    We are seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administrative tasks, negotiation, litigation, legal drafting, and legal research. If you are passionate about the law and possess excellent research and writing skills, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities:
    - Conduct legal research using resources such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
    - Draft legal documents including briefs, pleadings, and motions
    - Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
    - Represent clients in court proceedings
    - Collaborate with senior attorney on complex cases
    - Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
    - Provide legal advice to clients
    - Attend client meetings and court hearings

    Requirements:
    - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
    - Admission to the state bar association where practicing law
    - Strong knowledge of legal principles and procedures
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw and Lexis-Nexis
    - Ability to write clearly and persuasively
    - Prior experience in litigation is preferred but not required
