    Schedule:
    Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional weekend coverage as needed

    Highlights:
    Specialized role focusing on wound and ostomy care in an inpatient hospital environment
    Primarily weekday schedule with predictable hours and minimal weekend requirements
    Utilize critical thinking and leadership skills while supervising patient care delivery
    Opportunity to apply the nursing process in a specialized clinical setting
    Collaborative environment with accountability for shift-level care coordination

    Requirements:
    Active California RN license in good standing
    Minimum 2 years of recent Wound Care RN experience in a hospital setting
    WOCN (Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing) certification required
    Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association
    Strong clinical assessment, delegation, and supervisory skills
