As our business continues to grow, we're seeking a skilled Accounting Technician / AP/AR Specialist to join our team.

This role is essential in managing our financial transactions and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounts payable and receivable.

WHAT YOU'


LL DO:
Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Prepare and issue invoices, follow up on late payments, and handle payment discrepancies and disputes.
Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports and closings.
Collaborate with the finance team to improve financial procedures, workflows, and controls.
Manage vendor and client relations, ensuring all financial transactions are handled professionally.
Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing accurate financial data.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and financial analysis as needed.


REQUIREMENTS:
2+ years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and receivable.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and the ability to multitask.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
