Job Summary:

As a crucial member of The Hythe - Marriott Luxury Collection, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of colleagues, guests, and property assets.

Job Specifications:

Location: The Hythe - Marriott Luxury Collection
Expected Pay Range: $24.00
Shift & Schedule: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

Identify and address potential security and safety issues
Handle emergencies and guest complaints professionally
Maintain accurate records including monitoring cameras and incidents
Resolve guest issues with tact and hospitality
Manage hotel lost & found operations
Communicate effectively with colleagues and management
Remain calm and professional in challenging situations
Complete assigned tasks promptly and efficiently
Assist with guest car retrieval and shipping/receiving tasks
Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Fluency in English (verbal and written) is a must
High school diploma or equivalent required
Prior guest service experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
Valid US driver's license preferred
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification within 30 days of hire
Positive attitude and effective communication skills
Capability to work in diverse settings and handle physical demands
Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
Commitment to year-round employment
Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous

The pay range for this position is $24.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be based on various factors.
