- Type: Full-Time Contract

- Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Schedule: Occasional weekends and on-call duty, typically once per month
- Compensation: Pay negotiable based on experience and territory budget

- Additional: Stipend available for travelers, mileage reimbursement visit to visit
- Active LouisianaRegistered Nurse (RN)license
- Active American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum 1 year of home health experience
- Minimum 2 years as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Proficiency in Oasis and Homecare Homebase software (training will not be provided)
- Reliable transportation
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health needs and develop personalized care plans
- Deliver skilled nursing care and treatments in patients' homes, including wound care, medication management, and patient education
- Utilize Oasis and Homecare Homebase software to document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care and positive patient outcomes
- Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and agency policies to maintain quality care standards
