    About Us:


    PS27 Ventures is a Jacksonville, Florida-based VC fund focused on early-stage and seed-stage companies in the SaaS, CPG, HealthTech, Sustainability, and Fintech segments.


    About the Role:


    In this critical role, you will play a vital part in supporting our portfolio companies, acting as a valuable bridge between the VC firm and our Portfolio Founders.

    You will be involved in all aspects of the portfolio management process, from monitoring performance and providing strategic guidance to assisting with fundraising and operational challenges.

    Responsibilities:

    Portfolio Monitoring and Analysis:
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) of assigned portfolio companies.
    Prepare insightful reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
    Identify risks and opportunities, providing proactive recommendations for growth and improvement.
    Participate in board meetings and actively engage with founders on strategic initiatives.


    Operational Support:
    Assist portfolio companies with talent acquisition, marketing and sales initiatives, product development,and financial planning.
    Facilitate introductions to strategic partners and industry experts.
    Help identify and navigate potential roadblocks, offering strategic solutions and guidance.


    Investment Support:
    Participate in due diligence for new investment opportunities, conducting industry research and market analysis.
    Assist with deal documentation and financial modeling.
    Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying potential areas for future investment.


    Communication and Collaboration:
    Maintain strong relationships with portfolio company founders and teams.
    Effectively communicate complex information to both internal and external stakeholders.
    Collaborate with investment partners and analysts to support the overall success of the portfolio.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field required.

    2+ years of experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in venture capital, private equity, or a relevant startup role.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and seizing opportunities.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
    Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
    Passion for technology and innovation, with a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem.
