We are in particular need of ON-CALL/PRN CAREGIVERS with availability to work two or more various shifts: DAY 6:00AM-2:00PM SWING 2:00PM-10:00PM NOC 10:00PM-6:00AM CARE PARTNERS join us on our mission to create a senior living revolution where compassion meets innovation Who We Are We are a company built upon a common belief that senior living communities can and should be places of vibrancy and life. What You'll do As a Care Partner you can expect a range of responsibilities and tasks Here are some general expectations You will provide personal care assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing dressing grooming toileting and mobility possibly with walkers and wheelchairs You will provide health monitoring and documentation observe document and report changes in the elder's health or behavior to the Wellness Team You will give emotional support may support elders dealing with loneliness anxiety or other emotional challenges Engaging in conversation active listening and offering companionship is part of your role You will assist with Meals help elders with meals possibly feed elders who require additional support You will engage in social recreational activities supporting seniors for their well-being Connect Communicate regularly communicate effectively interact appropriately appropriately handle situations professionally maintain confidentiality when needed Keep things clean may involve light housekeeping tidying up ensuring cleanliness.
