    Qualifications


    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA will be considered an advantage.
    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior management role within the construction industry, with a proven track record of successful project management.
    • Extensive experience with various engineering processes including jetting, Subsurface, Subsurface utility, utility locating, underground, hydro jetting, CCTV, CIPP, and piping.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
    • Strong budgeting and financial management skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with other departments.
    • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and technology, including accounting and operational management software on the business side.
    • A commitment to continuous learning and development, staying current with the latest industry trends and advancements.
