    The Project Manager shall provide over-sight and status of projects throughout the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling and closing) and oversee the quality and delivery of planning documents.


    • The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, coordinating and management of cost, schedule and performance of all aspects of complex engineering projects and tasks.
    Serves as the technical point of contact for the Program Manager and team members on a project or task.
    Directly contributes to program efforts in several areas, including task cost, schedule, and deliverables status updates.

    Monitors risks, and develops and presents risk containment strategies to ensure proper performance of tasks necessary for efficient and effective execution of the contract.

    Utilizes expert communication skills to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.

    Assist with travel plans to coordinate with regional government site personnel to determine if work can be performed with remote assistance or guidance.

    The PM will provide guidance and implementation instructions to local site personnel to ensure quality implementation of technical solutions.
    Work with the higher-level project managers, if applicable, to provide effective and efficient management of the contractor's effort.
    Assist higher level project manager with allocation of resources (staffing, facilities, and budgets) on the effort.
    Direct and manage the activities of a project team.
    Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives.
    Ensure compliance with all regulatory and administrative requirements imposed by the contract in coordination with the Contractor's contracts staff.
    Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same.
    Allocate resources (staffing, facilities, and equipment) to multiple simultaneous requirements.
    Provide analysis of operational objectives and draft plans to meet objectives.
    Prepare and complete action plans to be presented to the Government Mitigate project risks and issues that occur.
    Document system and project process improvements
    Directs and manages the activities of a project team.
    Provide direction and mentoring to project team members; set the appropriate goals and objectives.
    Review risk and risk mitigation activities and allocate resources for the same.
    Qualifications:

    An Active TS/SCI clearance + FS polygraph

    Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in conducting requirements analysis, resource allocation, project costing, deliverable tracking, schedule and financial data monitoring, and reporting for projects and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

    A Bachelor's degree is required.

    Four (4) years of additional program management experience of similar scope, type, and complexity with the Federal Government may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.

    A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
    One (1) year experience with Enterprise IT systems and projects.

    Managing and performing integration operations and maintenance activities on multiple system domains of various security classification levels and diverse user bases concurrently.
