    Position Overview LVPG OB/GYN is an enterprise of multiple practices across several counties in southeastern Pennsylvania that serves women's preventive, gynecological, and obstetric needs.

    Inpatient care is conducted at 2 Family Birth and Newborn Centers, Cedar Crest (Allentown) and Muhlenberg (Bethlehem) hospital sites, and 2 primary surgical locations at Muhlenberg and 17 th Street (Allentown) campuses.

    Join a team of ob/gyn hospitalists who work with midwives, general ob/gyn physicians, and maternal-fetal medicine specialists at our largest network maternity hospital.

    This campus supports over 3000 births annually and serves as a referral hospital for our 4 other network maternity hospitals and for other regional facilities outside our network.

    Our hospitalists serve as the primary teaching faculty for the ob/gyn residents and medical students, and they work closely with our maternal fetal medicine physicians for management of high-risk patients.

    Newborn services include a Level IV NICU and access to our Lehigh Valley Reilly Children's Hospital pediatricians, including medical and surgical specialists.

    Limited hospital-based gynecology care may also be performed. Opportunities exist for participation in education, clinical research, quality and patient safety, and healthcare administration.

    For nearly 100 years LVHN has operated independent residency programs in the Lehigh Valley area with a goal to provide the next generation with skills to be leaders, clinicians, and academicians.

    We offer an Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program and recently established a new Maternal Fetal Medicine Fellowship.

    We are a regional clinical campus of the University of South Florida Health Morsani College of Medicine and an accredited member of the nation's Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems.

    A current PA Medical License or ability to obtain one is required
    Ideally 3-5 years of clinical experience in obstetrics
