    Elm Grove is a well established real estate and development firm seeking a skilled Carpenter/Remodeler to join our team.

    As a Carpenter/Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as constructing, installing, cabinet install, wall patching, light electrical, light plumbing, door and window install.

    Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Measure and cut materials to the required specifications for construction or remodeling projects.
    • Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops, ensuring proper fit and functionality.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Carpenter/Remodeler or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and techniques.
    • Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials to desired specifications.
    • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
    • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
    • Valid driver's license and a reliable transportation method.
