    We need additional support to keep up with the influx of leads we've been receiving Our company specializes in luxury real estate. Are you looking to advance your career in premium real estate and take your income to the next level? Engel & Volkers is located in the heart of St. Pete and St. Pete Beach. Our business has seen immense growth over the last 3 years and continues to expand rapidly into Hillsborough, Manatee, and Hernando counties. That's why we're in need of real estate professionals to help us manage the workload You don't have to be based in St. Pete/St. Pete Beach in order to join the team, we serve clients all over Tampa Bay, Manatee, and Sarasota counties; though, you do need to come to our weekly office meeting on Wednesday for a few hours.

    We will give you approximately 20-25 qualified leads to get you started, plus training and guidance to help you get off to a strong start. Our extensive training program - worth over 4K - coupled with mentoring and in-house coaching, will help you become a top-tier real estate agent in no time. Our amazing marketing, tools, and support team will help you stand out in the crowd and turn those leads into sales. Come join our passionate, friendly team and make this your best year ever

    Compensation:

    $60,000 - $120,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    • Be open to gaining knowledge on business operations to quickly become acclimated
    • Engage in locating prospective clients every day
    • Quickly reach out to leads and/or take calls for the purpose of getting potential customers to the point of making a deal
    • Utilize the company's CRM to monitor customers and conversion rates
    • Grow to become an authority in the markets the company serves
    • Be ready to transform into a digital 'influencer' as the business helps to create an online presence promptly
    • Counseling customers in the buying and selling process, focusing on understanding their goals and closing the deal
    • Constantly provide clients with the highest quality of service and advice in order to foster relationships and create repeat and referral business
    • Create win-win relationships with clients and colleagues in real estate
    • Be accountable & ready to embrace new ideas, concepts, and methods

    • A valid Florida Sales Associate Real Estate License from the DPBR
