    Role Overview

    Our team is responsible for enabling, empowering, and supporting our sellers and customer success team to perform their day-to-day tasks and grow their careers here at Salesforce.

    As a senior learning experience content analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our content catalog, while also contributing strategically to content development initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Content Catalog Management:
    Oversee the maintenance and optimization of our content catalog, ensuring accuracy, relevancy, accessibility, and alignment with organizational objectives.

    Tagging and Curation:


    Label existing materials to increase their discoverability, encourage opportunities to repurpose existing content, and establish a content hierarchy or structure that clearly reflects the relationships between different pieces of content.


    Catalog Knowledge:
    Serve as the expert on our existing content catalog. Identify, evaluate, and curate resources to repurpose or retire, directly contributing to our organizational effectiveness.

    Content Strategy:
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify content gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for enhancement.

    Quality Assurance:
    Conduct regular quality assurance checks to maintain the integrity and consistency of learning resources, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.

    Collaboration:


    Partner closely with various agile teams, stakeholders, and vendors to support large-scale initiatives, ensuring that existing content meets the current needs of our business.

    Minimum Requirements
    A passion for learning and a proactive approach to professional development
    Advanced proficiency in content catalog management, tagging, and curation
    Demonstrated proficiency with content authoring tools, learning management systems, and digital asset management platforms
    Excellent written and oral communication
    Strong attention to detail
    5+ years of experience working independently and collaboratively with various groups within a complex organization

    Preferred Qualifications
    A bachelor's or master's degree in library science, education, instructional design, or a related field
    7+ years of experience in content management and learning design, preferably in a corporate or enterprise environment
