- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically
- Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
- Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder
