    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced sales professional to lead the promotion of our psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge to drive sales performance. As a Neuroscience Sales Professional, you will be responsible for building and maintaining productive relationships with customers, incorporating 'total office' account management, and staying informed on reimbursement dynamics.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and revenue in assigned territory
    • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and organizations
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
    • Prioritize opportunities and allocate resources effectively to maximize sales performance

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales, or related healthcare sales
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to travel up to 30-40% domestically

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Previous experience within a specialty product sales force
    • Prior experience promoting and detailing products specific to CNS/neuroscience, including depression, schizophrenia, and bipolar disorder
    • Documented successful sales performance

    What We Offer

    Lundbeck offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

    Location

    This role is based in Knoxville, TN, serving the surrounding areas. You must be willing to travel up to 30-40% domestically to meet with customers and internal personnel.
