We harness the power of 3D printing, advanced joining techniques like friction stir welding, and cutting-edge design tools to tackle complex challenges for a diverse set of clients.

Key Responsibilities:
The potential candidate shall be proficient in all aspects of CNC machining and part inspection.

The applicant must be capable of making own set-ups on simple easy to machine parts to single one-of-a-kind complex prototypes on a variety of materials.

This person must willing to learn and be capable of providing technical and operational assistance to others within CTC.

Basic Qualifications:
The candidate must have 2-5 years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/machining environment.

Physical and Mental Demands:

Regularly or frequently sitting, talking, hearing, grasping, touching, walking, reaching with hands/arms and performing repetitive wrist, hand and/or finger movements.

Sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force. May be required to lift to 50 pounds. Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less to type documents, read and use a computer. Concentrated attention to proofread documents, create spreadsheets, etc.

and application of principles of logical thinking and reasoning to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

Apply reasoning to solve practical problems and to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form.

Work Environment:
Moderate to loud noise level if an assignment is conducted in High Bay area. Indoor temperature-controlled environment. Safe working environment where PPE is required and provided.
