Responsibilities
- Lead Float product management including product development portfolio offering discontinuation allocation
- Lead product management processes including product development portfolio offering discontinuation products allocation cases
- Define jointly with Director Commercial Innovation specialty projects portfolios commercial building segment understand market wants needs conducting research define new developments gain deep understanding Vitros customer experience identify fill gaps generate ideas grow share improve experience drive growth create buy-in internally externally partners develop pricing positioning strategies translate strategy detailed requirements prototypes scope prioritize activities business customer impact work stakeholders deliver time-market optimal resources drive launches marketing communications teams executives team members train internal sales teams value proposition sell-up gain clear understanding values final products evaluate promotional plans consistency line strategies messaging represent company visiting customers solicit feedback company services
