    We are seeking highly motivated junior and senior bakers who thrive in high volume production environments. As a baker at The Sweet Lobby, you'll work with premium ingredients and collaborate with a talented team to craft exceptional food and provide generous hospitality.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Produce high-quality baked goods in a fast-paced environment.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily production goals.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficient operations.

    Requirements:

    To be successful, you should have excellent physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred, as is commercial bakery or restaurant experience.
