- Personal Care: Provide assistance with activities of daily living, as needed, maintaining the client's comfort and well-being.
- Flexible Schedule: Adhere to a flexible schedule, with availability for shifts on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM.
- Communication: Keep open communication with the client and the care team, providing updates on the client's well-being and any changes in their needs.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable, with a commitment to consistent care and support.
- Compassion: Display empathy and kindness in all interactions with the client.
- Activity Engagement: Comfortable participating in various activities, including walks, coloring, and word searches.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to a flexible schedule and attend shifts as required.
- Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- CNA Certification (preferred): Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is a plus.
