    We are a dynamic and rapidly growing boutique engineering firm with locations in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and Denver, CO. As we expand, we are seeking a talented and driven Structural Engineer who thrives in a creative and flexible work environment. Our unique structure supports a 90% remote working model, complemented by 10% onsite duties primarily focused on inspections.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and Analysis: Develop structural designs for residential and commercial projects. Perform load and stress calculations to ensure safety and integrity.
    • Project Management: Oversee projects from conception through completion, ensuring they meet compliance standards and client specifications.
    • Inspections and Assessments: Conduct structural inspections and assessments on-site, providing detailed reports and recommendations.
    • Client Interaction: Work directly with clients to understand their needs, present proposals, and communicate project progress.
    • Innovative Problem-Solving: Employ out-of-the-box thinking to tackle complex engineering challenges effectively.
    • Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with other team members and disciplines remotely, ensuring a cohesive approach to all projects.

    • Communication: Looking for effective communicators to work directly with clients, convey issues with confidence as well as provide solutions.
    • Licensure: Looking for EITs or PEs, even open to an intern situation.
