Starting Hourly Rate is $20 plus $2 Shift Differential

MI Windows and Doors is seeking Packers to join our team in Millersburg, PA.. This is a rotating 2 on 2 off, night shift opportunity starting at 7am - 7pm with possible mandatory overtime as required. The Packer position starting pay is: $20 per hour day shift and $20 per hour plus $2 Shift Differential for night shift.You must have one plus year of relevant experience in Packaging, Assembly and/or Manufacturing. The Production Assembly Worker is responsible for a multitude of functions within their specific department. Some key functions include:

Requirements:

Working in the warehouse does require prolonged standing, bending, stooping, pushing and pulling - as well as hand dexterity and strength. May be required to frequently lift up to 75 pounds. Work is performed in a warehouse facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.

Qualifications:

•One year of similar work experience in Packaging, Assembly, Manufacturing, and/or Warehouse

•Mechanical aptitude, including the ability to read a tape measure

•Experience with hand and power tools

•Compute basic math problems to include fractions, addition/subtraction

•Ability to lift 75 pounds unassisted.
