We're looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our front desk team. If you love animals, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and genuinely enjoy helping people, we'd love to meet you.
Position Overview
Our CSR team is the heart of our hospital. You'll be the first impression for clients and their pets — setting the tone for every visit. This role requires professionalism, multitasking, attention to detail, and a calm, compassionate presence.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and patients warmly and professionally
- Answer multi-line phones and respond to client inquiries
- Schedule appointments efficiently and accurately
- Collect and enter medical records and vaccine history
- Process payments and manage invoices
- Communicate clearly with doctors and technicians
- Maintain organized medical records
- Assist with client education and follow-up communication
- Keep the front desk clean and welcoming
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling emotional situations with empathy
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Basic computer proficiency

Schedule
- Full-time
- Primarily evening shifts with occasional afternoon/morning shifts.
- Need to be able to work weekends & Holidays
