    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or equivalent
    • 2+ years of experience in engineering
    • Proficiency in computer programs such as 3D AutoCAD and Revit
    • Knowledge of engineering software such as STAAD, RISA, TEDDS, and ENERCALC preferred
    • EIT status and on track to take the PE exam within 2 years or less
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Motivated and eager to learn in a fastpaced construction industry
    • Creative problemsolving abilities in a collaborative team environment

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and designs for access systems
    • Design elevated access platforms and personnel/material hoists for construction, energy, and industrial sectors
    • Prepare drawing submittals using AutoCAD or Revit
    • Provide technical assistance to branches and project sites
    • Conduct structural analysis and design, prepare accurate calculations, and perform site inspections
    • Collaborate with other application engineers to provide technical support for customers
    • Collaborate with Product Development engineers to provide custom product solutions and design feedback
    • Gain expertise in the company's extensive product offerings
    • Utilize engineering CAD and PDM management tools effectively
    • Knowledge of regional fleet and ability to leverage them in designs
    • Make quick decisions in a fastpaced environment
    • Maintain a strong focus on safety and comply with all protocols
