This is a Direct Hire Open Continuous Announcement (OCA) for Physicians at the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Phoenix, Arizona.

The incumbent is designated as staff Physician who provides comprehensive direct care and consultation services in their specialty to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center.

The incumbent is a member of a care team with other medical staff providers and health care staff to provide patient centered care.

BY SPECIALTY:

• Outpatient Internal Medicine, Primary Care, Pediatrics, Family Practice, Infectious Disease Physician, Endocrinology, Rheumatology. Geriatrics, Hospitalist, Nephrology, Neurology, Psychiatry.
• Anesthesiology, Cardiology, Dermatology, Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology, Oral Surgery, Orthopedic Surgeon, Otolaryngology, Pain Management, Pathology, Pulmonary, Radiology, Urology.

• Assignment includes providing comprehensive and continuing health and medical care services within the specialty.
• Participates with management in planning, instituting, evaluating and revising medical program plans; assist in determining conditions, resources, and policies essential to delivery of health services.
• Interviews and examines patients, reviews past medical history, and requests and/or performs diagnostic test and examination deemed necessary to obtain all possible information related to each case.
• Make preliminary diagnosis, directs, prescribes, and provides treatment. Makes progress notes of observation to be incorporated into the clinical records.
