We are looking for a Production lead in the Oxnard area pay $20hr 1st and 2nd shift available Coordinate and supervise the daily production activities of assigned staff Ensure that production goals and objectives are met in a timely and efficient manner Monitor production performance, identify areas of improvement, and take corrective action as needed Ensure that production processes are carried out in accordance with established safety and quality standards Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment Train and mentor production staff in the use of equipment and processes Monitor and document employee attendance and performance Develop and implement production schedules and workflows Enforce company policies and procedures in a consistent and fair manner Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them in a timely manner
