SHIPPING AND RECEIVING MANAGER

Location: Draper, UT

Reports to: Plant Manager

Compensation: $75 - $85K

Responsibilities & Requirements of the Shipping and Receiving Manager:

• BS Degree in Logistics, Business, or related field preferred but not required
• 3+ Years of experience in warehouse, inventory, shipping, and receiving operations – preferably within a manufacturing or distribution setting
• Ability to establish solid processes for all shipping, receiving, and inventory management functions within the business
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of shipping, receiving, and inventory management
• Coordinate with individual departments to manage stock levels, order necessary inventory, and ensure proper and timely supply of materials
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and relationship building skills
• Proactive, energetic, and driven leader
• Proven ability to provide effective solutions and solve problems
• Strong computer and systems experience
• High level of organization and track record of functioning within systems and processes
• Experience with purchasing and order management
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform occasional product deliveries as needed
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
