    **Job Description:** Supply Chain Manager

    The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading procurement activities, including inventory control and material flow. Key objectives include developing and executing strategies within a lean environment, ensuring supply chain agility, and providing necessary information flow for optimal material availability.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and assess potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain supplier relationships.
    • Maintain proper inventory levels.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and ensure timely resolution of any issues.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality materials and components used in our products.
    • Implement and maintain purchasing policies and procedures, adhering to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Streamline purchasing processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
    • Review purchase requisitions, place orders with approved suppliers, and prepare necessary documentation.
    • Anticipate delays and coordinate recovery plans to meet schedules.
    • Run and evaluate supplier performance.

    **Requirements:**

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
    • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
    • Knowledge of manufacturing process, materials, and supply.

    **Preferred Qualifications:**

    • 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain management.
    • Experience with Class II or Class III medical devices.
    • Experience with 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485.
    • Experience in early-stage startups.
    • Able to accomplish objectives with minimal supervision.
