- Serve as an Adult Training Instructor for training in logistics with an emphasis on communications and electronics, responsible for developing, evaluating, and revising courses.
- Administering the principles and techniques of education and training with a high knowledge of military logistics in communications and electronics.
- Plan, design, and develop new programs of instruction (POI) and reviews, analyzes, and revises existing POIs in accordance with education and training requirements.
- Establish and maintain professional contacts with leading authorities in the logistics and education communities within and outside the government.
