    As the

    Workforce Planning Analyst


    will use available data, identify data gaps and work to close them to improve the ability to plan for workforce demands days into the future.

    Use multiple factors such as work type and task complexity to create the best strategies for use of FTE and contract workforce to maintain service level commitments and minimize work backlogs.

    This position helps managers across the business ensure they have the right capacity to meet demand and manage to the expected service levels.

    A Day in the Life
    Use volume forecasts and productivity analysis to model workforce capacity requirements.


    Compare forecasted to actual results in terms of volume, throughput, and headcount requirement to adjust the model as necessary splitting time between the Acquisition and Collateral Services business units.

    Lead productivity analysis and development of tools for area managers to track productivity of the internal and 3rd-party workforce

    Identify and recommend opportunities to share resources across teams based on common skill requirements when workload balance shifts between teams or departments

    Support manager with projects and other duties as needed

    Requirements
    Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience

    7-10 years' workforce planning experience demonstrating high attention to detail

    Knowledge, understanding and experiences of workforce planning in Non- call center environments, supporting other business units.

    Highly organized and efficient, ability to communicate via multiple channels

    Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills and relationship building experiences.

    Strong competency in MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel - (pivot tables, v looks up, formulae)

    Familiarity with Power BI a plus

    Ability to work effectively independently and within a team
