    Lead Maintenance & Reliability Engineer Position at a Leading Chemical CompanyWe are seeking an experienced Lead Engineer to spearhead maintenance and reliability strategies for both fixed and rotating equipment at our plant.

    This role is crucial for enhancing asset care, optimizing maintenance operations, and ensuring the reliability of all plant equipment.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement a comprehensive reliability strategy that addresses critical spare equipment and parts, enhances the preventive maintenance program, and constructs an effective asset care plan.

    Oversee mechanical equipment maintenance outside the Mechanical Integrity (MI) program. Drive plant improvements across equipment and processes to boost Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), yield, reliability, and process quality. Utilize maintenance cost analysis and OEE loss data to identify and rectify underperforming assets. Lead cross-functional teams focused on Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Six Sigma projects, and equipment enhancements. Produce detailed monthly reports on maintenance activities, reliability strategies, and capital projects. Manage and prioritize maintenance work orders, ensuring high standards and efficient scheduling. Conduct and oversee RCA for significant reliability incidents, allocating resources and leadership as needed.


    RequirementsQualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in reliability and maintenance engineering within a PSM-regulated chemical environment.

    Profound knowledge in predictive and preventive maintenance, mechanical integrity, and overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). Demonstrated expertise in RCM, RCA, Six Sigma, and CMMS programs.
