    We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Owasso, OK.


    Job Description


    The professional registered nurse will be accountable for the provision and coordination of clinically competent care including assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation for an assigned group of patients. This role requires delegation of appropriate tasks to direct patient care staff including RNs, LVNs/LPNs, and Patient Care Technicians. The nurse must participate in decision-making, teaching leadership functions quality improvement activities that enhance patient care outcomes facility operations.


    Key Responsibilities:



    • Perform all essential functions under the direction of the Supervisor with guidance from the Clinical Educator Preceptor or in collaboration with other Registered Nurses.

    • Ongoing systematic collection analysis of patient data pre – during – post hemodialysis treatment for assigned patients document in the patient medical record make adjustments modifications to treatment plan as indicated notify Team Leader Charge Nurse Supervisor Physician as needed.

    • Assess collaborate document patient/ family's basic learning needs provide initial ongoing education to patients families Direct provides ancillary patient care staff aspects daily safe effective delivery hemodialysis therapy assigned patients Administrates medications prescribed approved algorithms documents appropriate medical justification effectiveness Initiates assists emergency response measures serves resource leader coach mentor role model new incumbent employees setting examples behavior work habits attitudes towards patients co-workers supervisors company area level ensures correct laboratory collection processing shipping procedures performed reschedules missed insufficient laboratory collections Identifies expected outcomes updates nursing assessment plan care assigned through collaboration Interdisciplinary Team ensures transplant related awareness among selected candidates participates projects facilities directed by supervisor

    Main Requirements:


    1. Degree graduate accredited School Nursing
