    Description

    We are looking for a full-time System Administrator to join our team of high-performance IT consultants In this role youll be working directly with our CIO to support our customers' critical IT environments, and manage a small team of technicians.

    This position offers a solid base salary, benefits, plus bonus. As a full-time employee, you will qualify for health insurance and cell-phone/computer reimbursement. We are a hybrid work environment and this position will require travel to customer sites. You will be working in the 8a - 5p Pacific Time Zone (PST) and a US citizen or green card holder (sorry, no exceptions). This is an awesome opportunity for someone who:

    Responsibilities

    • Support and communicate with customers
    • Prioritize and allocate resource to the current workload or support requests
    • Resolve technical issues, on-site visits and troubleshoots
    • Meet SLA requirements
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction
    • Maintain extensive process and procedure documentation and records in ticketing system
    • Keep and maintain customers or our information highly confidential

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of experience with MSP, IT service or within a corporate IT department
    • Experience with server & desktop operating systems and application software products in a Windows environment
    • Experience with LAN/WAN/VPN network/firewall technologies (i.e. installation of routers, switches, and network client software)
    • Customer service, support and response.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Resolve technical issues
    • Reliable transportation
