- Read, Review and Draft sworn financial statements
- Knowledge and experience reviewing personal financial documents
- Draft and review pleadings including Motions, Notices, Orders, Stipulations, Subpoenas and Discovery
- Draft Asset/Debt Spreadsheets, Maintenance Worksheets and Child Support Worksheets
- Knowledge and experience of WebEx technology for attendance at hearings
- Prepare trial exhibits
- Scheduling of Mediations, Hearings, Depositions and Client and Witness Interviews
- Well-developed skills in editing, proofreading, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and composition
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Calculate deadlines and docket them using electronic calendaring systems
- Proficient knowledge and experience using Colorado Courts E-Filing
- Ability to transcribe using transcription technology &/or machine
- 5 years experience as a family law paralegal in Colorado
- Experience handling high-asset divorce matters
- Experience handling high-volume workload with critical deadlines and competing demand
- Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate
