Job summary
The International Operations Agent III is responsible for coordinating the day to day import/export of international freight forwarding shipments into and out of the USA across all modes of international transportation based upon customer requests.Responsibilities
- Work with customers to qualify their shipping requirements and obtain all details (regulations, certificates, documentation) necessary for shipment quotation and operating in order to ensure the customer's request is satisfied.
- Coodinate the day to day importand/or export of products including reviewing orders documents trackincommunicating delays damages problems work resolving customer issues responsableall aspects airor oceaninternational operations such as customservice data entryof shipments operations billing Manageall aspects tracking shipmentsto ensureshipment movingscheduled update system immediately upon verification identifrectify ifashipment has deviated from its schedule coordinate recovery/deliveryschedules various cartage agentsaninternational partners Partnerlocal sales teams communicateproblemscustometernational partnersstations needed Ensurecustomers SOP instructions adhere AITKPIsand guidelines followed met Ensureallofficient shipmenproperly billed companyguidelines timeline The wage range for this position $31.80-$44.90 may vary based geography well as relative knowledge skills abilities exprience
