We are currently looking to fill full-time and part-time positions in our dental facilities and are in search of team members who are compassionate, attentive, and driven to assist our patients and communities.

Joining our team at Gentle Dental means being a Treatment Coordinator who oversees the entire patient journey from diagnosis to treatment approval. You will effectively communicate financial arrangements and available choices based on the recommended treatment. Our Treatment Coordinators guide patients towards achieving a happy and healthy smile from their initial visit to their final appointment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of front office experience in a medical setting
• Proficiency in using computers (experience with QSI/Denticon is advantageous)
• Being bilingual is a bonus
• Previous experience in presenting Treatment Plans and discussing service costs is preferred

Pay Range:

• $30.00 per hour/DOE

Full-time, 40 hours per week
