Responsibilities
- Analyzes verifies tracks develops implements recommendations on system development implementation of products solutions this includes discovery design conversion testing any other components of the project plan cycle agile delivery.
- Serves as a liaison business technology teams participates developing delivering training programs current prospective users educates practice site corporate management on project operations procedures ensures processes compliant with system policies applicable laws contractual bargaining agreements performs solution audits resolves discrepancies as required collaborates with implementation teams to resolve user issues consults departments provide customer support during post-implementation conducts post-implementation satisfaction surveys advises management results recommends actions troubleshoots issues resolves concerns recommends necessary fixes consults newly acquired facilities designs transition plans operates under general guidance work assignments varied require interpretation independent decisions course action performs related duties as required all responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions job Americans with Disabilities Act Duties not mentioned here but considered related are not essential functions.
