Job Description
We are seeking a Therapist or Clinical Trainee to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide therapy and comprehensive assessments to clients, employing a client-centered approach tailored to individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions.
- Perform assessment and diagnostic evaluations.
- Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate client records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Qualifications
- Therapist: Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field, with appropriate licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.).
- Clinical Trainee: Master's degree in progress in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for helping others and a commitment to ethical practice.
- Experience with diverse populations is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay rates Licensed Therapist $40.00-$50.00
- Trainee $30.00-$40.00
