    Description

    Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified General Surgeon with an additional certification in Surgical Critical Care to join a collegial group of surgeons at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett's growing Trauma program.

    This established, acute-care surgery service is one of the busiest in the state, while the Level II trauma service continues to grow with over 4000 patients in the 2026 registry.

    Position Details:
    Full-time; flexible shift-based schedule
    157, 12-hour shifts per year
    The surgeon will cover 12-hour day and night shifts as the trauma and acute care surgeon or as the intensivist in a dedicated SICU
    Procedures include minimally invasive cholecystectomy/appendectomy, lysis of adhesions, colectomies, and soft tissue procedures

    Compensation & Benefits:
    Compensation is between $508,729 and $655,146 per year
    Sign on bonus and relocation assistance is available

    The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position.

    In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

    Qualifications & Requirements:
    5 to 10 years of surgical experience preferred, but new graduates/fellows are welcome to apply
    Double board required - General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care
    ATLS training required
