Job summary
The Office of Civil Rights and Title IX Compliance oversees the University response to reports of discrimination and harassment as outlined within University Policy and ensures the University of Delaware's compliance with civil rights laws: Titles VI, VII and IX, Higher Education Amendments and any other applicable law(s), and oversees University's minors on campus policy, process, and staff that administers it.This position plays a critical role in ensuring institutional compliance with Title IX and other federal
and state civil rights laws. This position is responsible for conducting fair,
thorough,
and impartial investigations of civil rights complaints related to misconduct,
and implementation of comprehensive educational training initiatives works collaboratively across campus departments,and helps ensure that university policies
& procedures promote a safe,inclusive,equitable learning working environment.,
