ProMedica Physicians Tecumseh Family Practice is looking for a driven BC/BE Family Medicine Physician to join their well-established medical team in Tecumseh, MI. Located conveniently near Ann Arbor, Jackson, Dundee, and Toledo, Ohio, the practice has been serving the community for over three decades.
1 Physician and 2 APPs currently in the team
All Outpatient care, no OB responsibilities
Clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm
On-call duty rotation is 1:4
Collaborate with a dedicated team focused on delivering top-notch patient care and high work standards
Utilize electronic medical records system, EPIC
Key Responsibilities:
Offer comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all age groups
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, conduct physical examinations, and prescribe medications
Create personalized treatment plans based on patient history and records
Work alongside a multidisciplinary healthcare team for coordinated patient care
Educate patients on preventive care and disease management
Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health records
Stay updated on medical advancements and best practices in primary care
Engage in continuous professional development activities

Requirements:
Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Valid Michigan medical license
Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related field
Open to both new graduates and experienced providers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in participating in leadership activities
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Proficient in electronic health record systems
