We have a client in Costa Mesa that has 2 openings for Customer Service Specialist

Onsite, Hours 7am-4pm, Monday to Friday

We are looking for customer service reps that are patience and caring

Duties:

Receive incoming calls from customers

Update customers information into the system

Must be detailed oriented and be able to connect with the customers

Must have a clear and understandable phone voice

Computer savvy in Word, Excel and Slack

This is in an office setting.

Recent office experience is required.

Not a call center

Excellent communication skills
