- Thoroughly comprehend and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Analyze blueprints to determine structural dimensions.
- Sequence activities for the fabrication, assembly, and erection of the structure.
- Conduct quality inspections of work performed by subordinates.
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
- Propose enhancements to production methods, equipment performance, and product quality to enhance the efficiency of the work crew.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a superintendent.
- Proficiency in bridge construction and heavy concrete work.
- Capable of managing projects ranging from $4 million to $30 million.
- Experience with heavy lifting operations.
- Marine experience is a bonus but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Operations Manager, Project Manager, and field engineer.
- Willingness to work on-site.
