    Description

    Job Title: LTC LPN/LVN Traveler

    About the Position

    We are seeking a skilled Long-Term Care (LTC) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a travel assignment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting, prioritizing resident safety and well-being.
    • Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and address complex patient needs.
    • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and families.

    About the Facility

    The facility is a 536-bed short-term acute care teaching hospital offering a range of medical services.

    Work Schedule

    This position requires weekend work every other weekend. The traveler may be called off once per pay period or once every two weeks. Guaranteed hours are in place, with remaining shifts available based on facility needs.

    Requirements

    To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must have:

    • At least one year of experience as an LPN/LVN in a long-term care setting.
    • A valid LPN/LVN license in good standing.
    • No local address within 50 miles of the facility.
    • No pending licenses or certifications.
