    What We Are Looking For:
    is seeking a dynamic, high-performing product manager to lead the development of its property detail pages. This would include the detail pages for properties for sale, for rent, sold and off market.

    The property detail pages are one of the most critical and engaging elements of the site and are crucial to driving organic search traffic.

    This is an amazing opportunity for someone to craft the most compelling digital home searching experience imaginable.

    This position will be expected to deliver premier user experiences that allow searchers to immerse themselves in the property, utilizing best in class imagery, video, virtual tours, and property information to paint a complete picture of the property.

    This position is located in Washington, DC and offers the following hybrid schedule option:


    • 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
    Responsibilities


    • Shape & manage the product roadmap for
    • Drive feature development from start to finish, this includes writing user stories (requirements), prioritizing releases, maintaining a product roadmap and backlog, and creating release notes.
    • Influence and manage the product roadmap for the product area that you manage
    • Use data to inform product opportunities and evaluate results to define further enhancements.
    • Spend time with customers to validate product feature ideas and help inform the product roadmap and strategy
    Basic Qualifications


    • 5+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
    • Experience managing development of digital content products for both web and mobile
    • Experience defining and detailing product requirements and launching products/functionality enhancements to meet customer needs
    • Collaborated with development resources to prioritize features in an agile-scrum process
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
    • Experience creating wireframes & mock ups to visually convey and inspire product ideas
    • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College
    • Understanding of content management systems and editorial workflows
    • A track record of commitment to prior employers
    Preferred Qualifications And Skills


    • 7+ years of digital Product Management experience with a proven track record delivering industry leading products and solutions
    • Residential Real Estate domain knowledge
    • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Brightspot CMS, and Google Analytics
    • A plus if you have worked on native iOS & Android apps
