Job Summary
The Equipment Manager for Real Monarchs is responsible for the comprehensive management of team gear, apparel, and training equipment. This role ensures the team is fully prepared for all daily training sessions,, as well as home and away matchday operations.
- Procure team apparel, equipment, and supplies; ensure all orders are accurate, timely, and within budgetary limits.
- Arrange professional laundering for all Academy gear and manage packing for all Academy away trips.
