    We are looking for an Order Management Analyst to join our Order Management team in the US, reporting to OM Supervisor / Federal Specialist.

    In this role, you will be working on cutting-edge technology with a highly collaborative and supportive team in existing Order Management.

    This role is directly tied to Order Bookings, Order Fulfillment, and Sales operations additionally, you will interact regularly with AR, Credit team, and other upstream and downstream teams both domestically and internationally for Infoblox.

    What you'll do:

    • Receive, review, verify details, and process orders according to Infoblox Booking Policy
    • Interact with Sales Operations, AR, Credit team, and internal/external stakeholders to resolve transactional issues
    • Collaborate on a 24x5 International Order Management team
    • Support extended hours during month close
    • Verifying order details, including product codes, quantities, pricing, and customer information
    • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Shipping teams to resolve any order-related discrepancies and issues
    • Maintain a high level of data accuracy while entering order information into the company's order management system
    • Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the implementation of enhanced order management procedures

    What you'll bring:

    • 1+ Years of operational experience in a quote-to-cash environment
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required. (Finance/Commerce background)
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
    • Proven experience in order management, order processing, or a related field
    • Passionate to build a career in Order Fulfillment/Supply Chain/Finance processes
    • Teamwork, quick learner, self-starter, highly motivated, ability to handle competing priorities.
    • This role requires a basic working knowledge of and exposure to Oracle Fusion will be an added advantage
    • Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
    • Flexibility to extend work hours according to business needs during month/quarter ends
    • Flexibility to support in 24X5 environment (APJ, EMEA, and Americas)
    • US Citizenship and US residence is required

    What success looks like:
    After six months, you will

    • Be a fully functioning member of a global Order Management team that spans three geographic locations and shifts
    • Be responsible for upward and downward communication of Order Management projects, tasks, and needs
    • Possess solid working relationships with all teams across the Quote to Cash workflow, collaborating and coordinating efforts to perform and improve systems and processes
    After about a year, you will

    • Develop strong business relationships with key stakeholders across regions
    • Become familiar with all Infoblox core order booking policies, processes, and best practices
    • Make decisions in accordance with the bookings policy and departmental processes and procedures.
    • Know upstream and downstream processes that help you to complete the customer requests - order completion, and answer queries for both internal and external customers including sales
    • Contribute effectively to ideas that helps continuous improvement initiatives driven in team
