Job Summary
The Senior Pharmacist is responsible for processing medication orders entered in provider-order-entry (and written) by the prescribers,for promptly and accurately providing medications for administration to patients,
and for supplying pertinent, timely,and accurate information to health care workers and patients
for the safe and effective use of medications.
The Senior Pharmacist is also responsible
for representing the Pharmacy on key programs,such as nutrition support,the Safety Committee etc.
