Eldergrow brings nature indoors to Skilled Nursing Facilities and Memory Care Communities offering residents a therapeutic connection to nature through innovative gardening sessions, products & services.
The Program Support Specialist will work with Eldergrow Account Executives to support the Therapeutic Horticulture Garden (THG) Program at assigned Skilled Nursing Communities across California.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Work closely with Eldergrow Account Executives to support assigned skilled nursing communities ( focus on, but not limited to Northern CA )
Ensure services are delivered in collaboration with Account Executives (ensuring service coverage and 100% rate of billable services)
Ensure grant compliance - track session completion, customer support, collect, review and provide data for reports, support invoicing process
Ensure quality control through regular customer check-ins, class evaluation results, online garden checklist results, and monitor garden health, attractiveness, and safety.
Develop relationships with community and Life Enrichment StaffSupport onsite trainings, events and garden repairs as needed
Represent Eldergrow at stakeholder meetings
Partner with Eldergrow Account Executives for garden rehomings and reinstallations
Serve as acting Educator at one local garden, act as substitute Educator as needed
Travel (occasionally overnight) will be required to serve communities
Participate in team meetings, e.g. customer service, operations, etc.
Support other Eldergrow teams as needed
Other duties as assigned by Eldergrow
Education and/or Experience:
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in customer service, data collection & analysis and public speaking contribute to being successful in this position.
Familiarity with senior living and/or elders ideal. Moderate gardening knowledge required.

Certificates, Licenses, and Registrations:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, and the ability to drive.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of Zoom, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Drive and CRM experience.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to lift up to 45lbs, push/pull a wheeled garden weighing approximately 400lbs.
The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; balance; bend and reach with hands and arms; use feet to operate foot pedal operation; and talk or hear.
Occasionally required to climb step stool, sit, stoop, kneel, squat, crouch, or crawl.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to drive long distances.
