    Description

    R&K Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking a Professional Engineer or Architect to join their team. If you have 4-7 years of experience, this might be the perfect fit for you. In this role, you'll need a solid background in analysis, design, and project management to handle inspections, assessments, code compliance, project scheduling, proposal management, and cost estimation.

    This is a great opportunity for someone transitioning from a military or government background.

    Duties:
    • Lead a team in conducting inspections and assessments of federal and commercial facilities to meet client requirements.
    • Certify inspection results.
    • Perform facility condition calculations.
    • Oversee data input into systems.
    • Prepare reports and briefing materials.
    • Support business development and proposal activities.
    • Provide expertise on facility maintenance and costing.
    Qualifications:
    • Must be a US Citizen.
    • Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect license.
    • Have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field.
    • Experience in design, construction, or maintenance of Federal or DoD facilities preferred.
    • Familiarity with Sustainment Management Systems a plus.
    • Proficiency in computer-aided engineering tools and cost estimation software.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
