    Job Summary: SAP Implementation Project Team Lead I is responsible for project management as it relates to implementation and execution of SAP for the designated work stream at assigned Subsidiary locations. Partner with Global Business Process Owner, IT - COE's and Subsidiary Stakeholders for desired results.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    Project manager for all activities related to implementation of SAP for assigned project/subsidiary locations. Activities include:

    • Blueprinting (gathering requirements from the business and identifying GAP's)
    • Review and maintain testing scripts for each new subsidiary rollout
    • Transfer of knowledge to Super User network at subsidiary location
    • Role Mapping/Security access to SAP
    • Business Impact Analysis
    • Monitor project throughout project phases/stage gates, escalate issues to PMO, GBPO or COE as needed
    • Coordinate communication activities that highlight and publicize plans, goals and results of the SAP project
    • Involvement with standard or custom report writing using BI in the function, summarizing business and financial data for review by executives, managers and other stakeholders
    • Assist with annual security and segregation of duties review
    • Assist with continuous improvement projects identified within own workstream or across other work streams. This includes but is not limited to real-time break/fix support, assisting end users to resolve routine SAP problems, improving current functionality and implementing future enhancements.
    • Provide support to existing SAP Super User within functional area as assigned
    • Other duties assigned

    Minimal Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
    • 2 years SAP experience

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Business Intelligence (BI) Experience

    • Ability to quickly learn and understand about the industry, company and products;
    • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word);
    • Ability to work with a team in a fast paced, high work volume environment with emphasis on maintaining quality and timeliness.

    Physical demands:

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift up to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision and ability to adjust focus. Travel (including international) will be required during project implementation, up to 25% during project.
